Thursday, April 13, 10am–4:30pm
1300 Architecture + Design Studios
845 West Harrison Street
Hosted by the School of Architecture and the School of Design
University of Illinois Chicago
To spark the development of a new study and publishing center at Chicago’s public research university, this conference creates an exchange around the relevance and potentials of archives for schools of architecture and design today.
Join us as international experts share their experiences generating connections between objects, media, and acts of making.
In the building’s south lobby, a small display of items pulled from the schools’ collections will complement the conference.
