Fresh Meat: Isolated Collectives launch

To conclude the graduate admitted student open house, join us for a public launch of the latest issue of the school’s student-run journal. Fresh Meat publishes content that both reflects and challenges UIC’s pedagogical agenda while responding to larger disciplinary questions.
FM 13: Isolated Collectives is an assemblage of voices reflecting on the implications of gathering and separating. Covering content as varied as an incarcerated population embedded within a larger community to the narrative of an American historical college campus's evolution and adaptation, this issue offers insight into the potential and oxymoronic nature of the isolated collective.
Refreshments will be served.
